Footworks dance team
The Footworks Dance team features a group of dedicated dancers ages 4-18 with a love for dance. They are the window to Footworks as they showcase their talents in competitions, community events and parades. Their focus, commitment, and passion for dance sets a high standard at Footworks. At Footworks, we believe there is a place for everyone and offer two Dance Team Programs.

The Performance Program is designed for dancers between the ages of 4 and 18 looking to pursue a committed level of training that will include more classes as well as an introductory competition experience. If your dancer is looking for the competitive experience but cannot make the full commitment of the Competitive Program, we encourage them to pursue this opportunity. The Performance Program is a great way for dancers to improve on their technique while introducing them to the competitive level of dance company while also participating in parades and other community events. The performance level will compete in 1-2 competitions.
The Competitive Program is designed for the more serious dancer, ages 4 and up. The Competitive Dancers have a higher level of commitment and dance up to 10 hours a week. Placement into the company is by audition only, and requires time, energy, commitment and dedication. Company dancers compete both regionally and nationally, and perform in parades and other community events. All dancers are leveled into classes based on age and technical ability. Time commitment depends on age level. The competitive level will compete in 3-4 competitions.
